Lawyer focused on the practice of administrative and constitutional litigation, as well as consulting in the regulatory field. Altamirano incorporates the integral analysis of the normative and contextual framework of each matter, implementing effective litigation strategies before the different courts of the Mexican Republic. Biuludani dedicates a good part of his time to the punctual follow-up of regulatory differences among the 32 states of the Mexican Republic, which allows him to raise issues simultaneously in diverse jurisdictions. He designed a successful strategy to bring a lawsuit of hundreds of complainants throughout the country in the gasoline distribution market.
